The curtain goes up on the Stella Rosa Red Carpet Champagne Reception at 7:30 p.m., hosted by Kitty Meow aka Shawn Palacious, and the Pageant starts promptly at 9 p.m. This year, the Pageant moves to glamorous new digs at the Faena Theater, 3201 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach.
